Galactic Empire

The Galactic Empire was a space empire founded by the evil Sith Lord Palpatine. Records of this era in the canon Star Wars timeline are nebulous and vague at most, but it has been widely assumed by most serious scholars and historians as the age of when Darth "Johnny" Vader went to town on the galaxy against Luuke Skywalker.

The Galactic Empire was ruled by Grand Moffs, such as Grand Moff Tarkin, each of whom had control over a sector of the galaxy. However, the combined combination of a rag-tag team of rebels along with a so-called Astronaut from a world called 'Urth' known as 'Buck' Rodgers', along with his droid companion and the help of Col. Wilma Deering, eventually spearheaded the leading assault that spelled the defeat of the Empire. Shunning the limelight, 'Buck', Wilma and their robot butler retired in relative anonymity to raise their kids on a trans-galactic world known as 'Mongo'. Reports from this distant world indicates their first-born son, named 'Ming' is thriving, and has expressed a very strong interest in politics.
