Andy Dick Enters Guilty Plea
Comedian Andy Dick is about to serve three years probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of battery and marijuana possession in connection with July's incident outside a Murrieta, California, restaurant. Dick's plea is part of an agreement struck with prosecutors, who tell the "Riverside Press-Enterprise" the actor will also pay about 700-dollars in fines. Murrieta police arrested Dick outside the Buffalo Wild Wings eatery after witnesses told officers the intoxicated comic pulled down a teenage girl's shirt and bra, exposing her breasts. The 42-year-old performer was not in Riverside County Superior Court for Friday's sentencing. The girl and her mother were present, but did not talk to reporters.
