Ewoks

Ewoks are a race of small yet vicious Furries native to the forest moon Coruscant. They also inhabit Endor. Despite their cute, cuddly appearance, the primary activities of xenophobic Ewoks involve wholesale slaughter of Stormtroopers and other outsiders.
Ewoks first came to prominence in Star Wars 6, in which they mercilessly decimated a squad of Stormtroopers protecting the shield generator of the Third Death Star. This would ultimately prove to be their downfall, however, as the fallout from the massive explosion of the Death Star rendered Coruscant uninhabitable. Ewoks are now extinct. Apple Computers was thought to be in talks to produce iWoks to coincide with the re-release of The Empire Strikes Back, however no such device ever came to market.

Ewoks are also known as Yub Nubs, named after the popular 70's song Yub nub. "Yub nub" is itself a corruption of "zug zug", which Wicket utters as he leads Princess Leia back to his village. "Zug zug" was originally the word for "sex" in the Ringo Starr film "Caveman".
