Jedi Knight
From Ewokpedia
Yeah, well, thats like ... the Force, man. - Jedi Knight
Jedi Knights are a monastic order in the Star Wars galaxy. The Jedi Knights are known for two things: an uncanny avoidance of any type of work and constantly lying to others.
Whenever a Jedi is asked what line of work they are in, the common lies are: monk, warrior, handcrafter and philosopher. Jedi live in a rent-free temple on the capital world of the Republic, Coruscant. They are often seen wandering around in their bathrobes.

[edit] Laser sword
A citizen must be licensed to carry a blaster in the Galaxy, which may include a written or drug test. So instead, all Jedi carry a laser sword as their primary weapon. No Jedi actually trains with the sabre, which is why they all swing the laser sword like a baseball bat.
